Pricing is scoped to force size, deployment model and selected capabilities, and is confirmed during a scoped proposal. It is not published as a flat rate because implementation and assurance costs vary meaningfully with deployment scale.

The perpetual licence covers the platform itself. Two things are contracted separately, because they represent distinct work with distinct scopes.
Implementation
Installation, configuration, integration with your identity provider and systems, and initial enablement. Scoped and quoted per deployment.
Bespoke engineering
Custom connectors, jurisdiction packs beyond the standard set, or Trace Intel-delivered Vantage Builder projects are scoped and contracted separately from the licence.
Optional assurance
Annual, opt-in, and covers updates and support rather than a right to keep using the software, the perpetual licence already grants that.

Is this really a one-time purchase?
The licence for your selected edition is perpetual: a one-time purchase for the right to run that version indefinitely. Implementation is a separate one-time project. Assurance is an optional annual programme.
What happens to our data if we don't renew assurance?
Nothing. The platform and your data remain exactly where they are, inside your environment. You simply stop receiving new updates, connector maintenance and new releases until assurance is reinstated.
Can we upgrade editions later?
Yes. Moving from Operational to Command, or Command to Enterprise, is scoped as an upgrade project rather than a new procurement from zero.
Do you charge per seat?
No. The commercial model is not a mandatory per-seat subscription. Licensing is scoped to the edition and deployment, not metered by user count.
